John C. Bills Properties, owner of Northcorp, hired ACG to develop and install public art within the area of an upgraded storm water system. Four sculptures by Florida artist Sandy Proctor were installed in a public area of the property, near a dry detention area. A fountain was created using Florida cap rock, and the area was enhanced with native landscaping. ACG facilitated the project beginning with site assessment through artist selection, Art in Public Places approval from the City of Palm Beach Gardens, and art installation.
